1-ON-1 COACHING

MEAL PLAN & NUTRITION + OPTIONAL EXERCISE COACHING

Our 16-week personalised coaching program is our most popular program which offers education and guidance to help you reach your goals through adjusting your meal plan & nutrition habits with an additional option to include exercise coaching. Overall with this program, we focus on not only reaching you goals but also teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle long-term.

  • Initial consultation to ensure we cover all aspects of your current lifestyle prior to tailoring your fitness & nutrition plan.

  • Close contact direct support with weekly check ins & chat support 5 days per week.

  • Habits assessment such as step count, water intake & mindset work tailored to your goals.

  • Access to the client exclusive DVP Fitness application including all educational content based around ‘how to build your own meal plan’ & access to the DVP FITNESS menu with over 50+ family & budget friendly recipes.

  • Fortnightly tailored meal plans with two dinner options (inclusive of calories & macronutrients breakdown per meal & in total).

  • Tailored fitness program based on your current lifestyle circumstances (Home + Gym options available) including video demonstration links for all exercises.

  • In our couples coaching program option we work with both of you to form individual exercise & nutrition plans (to meet your individual needs) that fit easily into your routine and lifestyle as a couple.

    We will tailor similar meal’s to minimize your supermarket spend & time in the kitchen to make it a more enjoyable & bondable experience for you both.

We offer FREE 20-minute consultations to discuss our 1:1 coaching programs (Please note our consultations are reserved for our 1:1 coaching programs only & therefore do not include any discussion around the non-coaching options).

ONCE OFF PLANS:
NO COACHING

Best suited for you if you are self-motivated and prefer to work independently without the need for regular check-ins.

6-WEEK MEAL PLAN PROGRAM

  • Personalised Calorie & Macro Target (by meal & entire plan).

  • 6 tailored meal plans in total & access to our DVP FITNESS application where you can track your progress.

  • Message-based support to provide accountability through close contact via email or messaging. All plans and programs are easily accessible through our exclusive app.

  • You will receive one full day of eating ‘goal orientated’ meal plan each week- tailored to dietary requirements e.g., vegan, vegetarian, gluten + lactose free (Your meal plans will be distributed fortnightly so you will have two per fortnight to rotate between).

  • Supplementation suggestion list with access to exclusive DVP FITNESS starter kit.

  • BONUS - Recipe book with over 40+ easy calorie + family friendly meals (This can be used to make meal plan swaps for added variety)

  • OPTIONAL: 6-week exercise program (Home based or Gym options). Selection of beginner to advanced. (Please note the at home options requires resistance bands, dumbbells & a mat)

  • Please note- this is a self managed program that does not include check-ins or correspondence.
