WHO ARE MY PROGRAMS FOR?

I have created my personalised programs not only for women looking to lose fat and/or build muscle, but also for those who lack the education and motivation to kick start their health and fitness journey.

My programs will educate you on how to live a healthy lifestyle long-term and feel attractive, confident and empowered, by teaching you realistic methods that will work within your current circumstances + provide you with all the tools to exceed your goals.

Think about me as your portable nutrition + fitness trainer, that is able to empathise with your circumstances as a busy working Mum, and a woman who has tried every fad diet on the market that was not sustainable. If you are unsure about anything during the program, I will be here to help you stay on track.

On Saturday, I wore a singlet for the first time in 4 years, it made me quite emotional because I felt comfortable in my own skin. I think what you are helping women and to achieve is invaluable.
