We start with a detailed bloodwork assessment to uncover hormone and gut imbalances, then personalise your plan using our trademarked DVP F.I.T Method™ to target the root causes of weight gain.

You’ll receive education, guidance, and practical support to adjust your meal plan and nutrition habits, with an optional exercise coaching component. Weekly check-ins, daily chat support, habit tracking, and full access to the DVP FITNESS app ensure you have guidance every step of the way.

This program doesn’t just focus on reaching your goals—it teaches you how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle long-term, without guesswork or fad diets.
