Overall with this program, we focus on not only reaching you goals but also teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Close contact direct support with weekly check ins & chat support 5 days per week.

Habits assessment such as step count, water intake & mindset work tailored to your goals.

Access to the client exclusive DVP Fitness application including all educational content based around ‘how to build your own meal plan’ & access to the DVP FITNESS menu with over 50+ family & budget friendly recipes.

Fortnightly tailored meal plans with two dinner options (inclusive of calories & macronutrients breakdown per meal & in total).

Tailored fitness program based on your current lifestyle circumstances (Home + Gym options available) including video demonstration links for all exercises.

In our couples coaching program option we work with both of you to form individual exercise & nutrition plans (to meet your individual needs) that fit easily into your routine and lifestyle as a couple.
We will tailor similar meal’s to minimize your supermarket spend & time in the kitchen to make it a more enjoyable & bondable experience for you both.
