Vanessa Panella founded DVP Fitness to help busy women & couples build sustainable nutrition, mindset, and exercise habits that fit their lifestyles. Having battled an eating disorder, she knows firsthand that fad diets, excessive cardio, and restrictive habits lead to frustration and unhappiness. Through her advanced education in meal planning, nutrition, and fitness, Vanessa discovered a balanced, diet-free approach—one she now teaches to others.

As a mum of two, Vanessa understands the challenges of prioritizing health while juggling daily responsibilities. She specialises in working with pre- and post-natal clients, as well as women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and other hormonal changes.
