Christmas 2025 Update & Check-In Schedule

As Christmas 2025 approaches, we want to express how excited we are about the position you are all in and acknowledge all the hard work you’ve put in this year. I hope you get the chance to celebrate during the festive season and take a moment to recognise your achievements.

Check-In Schedule Updates:
Due to public holidays and our policy, please note the following changes for the end-of-year check-ins:

Final 2025 Check-In: Monday, 22 December by 10:00 AM. (not Tuesday)

No late check-ins will be accepted, so please ensure your check-in is completed on this day.

Christmas Week Office Hours:

  • Open: We remain operational, except for the public holidays below.

  • Closed: Thursday, 25 December & Friday, 26 December.

  • Early Closure:

    • Wednesday, 24 December (Christmas Eve) – closing at 3:00 PM

    • Wednesday, 31 December – closing at 3:00 PM

Any messages received after 3:00 PM on these days will be addressed when we return:

  • For Christmas Eve messages: Monday, 29 December

  • For New Year’s Eve messages: Friday, 2 January (Thursday, 1 January is a public holiday)

Check-In Break:

  • There will be no check-ins the week of 29th of December or 5th of January

  • Regular check-ins resume Monday, 12 January 2026, when all coaches are back in the office.

Additional Notes:

  • Our office remains open and business continues as usual. (app chat support remains open)

  • You will continue to have access to all meal plans and training programs during the check in break weeks. You will also receive your new meal plans as per usual each week.

  • Please watch the Christmas seminar and review the Christmas guide, which provides protocols to follow over this period. (attached below)

  • Our check-in break policy is also outlined in the Refund Policy section on our website.
