INGREDIENTS
- 100g Ingham's crumbed chicken tenders 
- 100g cucumber 
- 60g tomato 
- 10g shredded carrot 
- 20g red onion 
- 70g lettuce 
- 20g White original mission tortilla strips 
- 15g Coles creamy jalapeno topping 
DIRECTIONS
- Cook tenders in oven or air fryer 
- Assemble your salad bowl with all ingredients (crush the tortillas into small pieces) 
- Add your tenders in the bowl and top with jalapeno
