B’S LASAGNE (529 CALORIES)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 5)
- 10 Latina fresh lasagna sheets 
- 500g Extra lean beef mince 
- 250g Mutti canned baby tomatoes 
- 500 Mutti passata 
- 1 whole onion 
- 75g Light Philadelphia cream cheese 
- 100g Light mozzarella shredded cheese 
- Sprinkle of fresh parsley (optional) 
DIRECTIONS
- On a pan, mix the mince meat with leggos sauce, cream cheese, onion, choice of herbs and the shredded cheese. Pre-heat oven in the meantime. 
- Layer the lasagna onto a baking dish. Alternate between meat sauce, cheese and pasta sheets until all the sheets have been used– you should finish with a meat layer on the top 
- Top with left over cheese and bake in oven 180 degrees (fan forced) for around 35-40 minutes 
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley
