Creamy Tuscan Salmon Pasta (560 cals)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1:

  • 120g salmon fillet

  • 75g San Remo Protein Pasta

  • 60ml light cooking cream

  • 40g baby spinach

  • 40g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.

  2. Pan fry salmon and set aside.

  3. Cook garlic, cream, spinach and tomatoes together.

  4. Toss through pasta and top with salmon.
