Mini Protein Brownie (190 Cals)

This Mini Protein Brownie is proof that fat loss doesn’t mean cutting out the foods you enjoy. At just 190 calories, it’s a simple, high-protein option that fits easily into a balanced plan without feeling restrictive.

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Protein powder (chocolate): 15g

  • Egg: 1 (60g)

  • Almond flour: 10g

  • Cocoa powder: 5g

  • Milk: 10ml

  • Noshu chocolate chips: 5g

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix protein powder, almond flour, cocoa, egg, and almond milk into a smooth batter.

  3. Pour into a small oven-safe dish.

  4. Sprinkle Noshu choc chips on top.

  5. Bake 12–15 mins until set. Cool slightly before eating.
