Almond Butter Protein Cookie (170 Cals)
INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1
Almond butter: 20g
Protein powder: 10g
Egg: 1 (60g)
Baking soda: ¼ tsp
Noshu chocolate chips: 5g
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix almond butter, protein powder, egg, and baking soda into a smooth dough.
Fold in Noshu choc chips.
Shape into 1 cookie and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake 10–12 mins until set. Cool slightly before eating.
