Almond Butter Protein Cookie (170 Cals)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Almond butter: 20g

  • Protein powder: 10g

  • Egg: 1 (60g)

  • Baking soda: ¼ tsp

  • Noshu chocolate chips: 5g

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix almond butter, protein powder, egg, and baking soda into a smooth dough.

  3. Fold in Noshu choc chips.

  4. Shape into 1 cookie and place on a lined baking tray.

  5. Bake 10–12 mins until set. Cool slightly before eating.
