Biscuit dessert cup (GF only) (434 cals)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Cocobella natural protein yogurt  100g

  • Protein powder of choice 15g

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Almond milk 30ml

  • Gluten free scotch fingers x2

  • Lindt honeycomb dark choc x1 square 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add milk, vanilla essence and protein powder into yogurt and mix. 

  2. In a cup/jar, break up one biscuit and put it in the bottom. Layer some of the yogurt mixture on top, then add the second biscuit and finish with the rest of the yogurt mixture. 

  3. Chop up the lindt chocolate square into fine pieces and garnish on top.

  4. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow biscuits to soften, then enjoy!
