- 100g I&J classic calamari lightly crumbed 
- 80g Birds eye deli seasoned chips (frozen) 
- 1x packet Birdseye frozen mix vegetables (peas, corn and broc) 
- 20g tomato sauce 
DIRECTIONS
- Air Fry / cook calamari and chips in oven (add your choice of seasoning) 
- Microwave vegetables 
- Tomato sauce on the side for chips
