CHILLI PRAWN LINGUINE WITH ARUGULA SALAD (364 CALORIES)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 6)
- 500g fresh prawns 
- 280g linguine - barilla 
- 200g snow peas and sugar snap peas 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 2 garlic clove 
- 1 full red chilli 
- 100g spinach 
- 500g cherry tomato 
- 30ml parmesan cheese 
- Handful fresh basil 
DIRECTIONS
- Whilst you cook pasta, add peas, garlic and chilli to a pan and cook over gentle heat. Tip the cooked prawns on the pan and add cherry tomatoes. 
- Drain pasta, add to the pan and add in the chicken stock if the pasta is too dry. 
- Top with basil leaves and cheese, then serve it with arugula salad. (found in mains tab also) 
- If you want to make 1 serve, divide each ingredient by 6.
