150g microwave jasmine rice (SunRice)
80g steamed broccoli (Woolworths fresh or frozen)
30g light Philadelphia cream cheese
10ml soy sauce (Kikkoman)
DIRECTIONSToast bagelAdd yoghurt to a bowl
Cook chicken and slice
Microwave rice
Steam broccoli
Mix cream cheese + soy sauce into chicken
Combine everything in a bowl
