Creamy Chicken & Rice Protein Bowl (430 cals)

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g cooked chicken breast (Coles RSPCA Approved or Woolworths Macro)

  • 150g microwave jasmine rice (SunRice)

  • 80g steamed broccoli (Woolworths fresh or frozen)

  • 30g light Philadelphia cream cheese

  • 10ml soy sauce (Kikkoman)

DIRECTIONSToast bagelAdd yoghurt to a bowl

  1. Cook chicken and slice

  2. Microwave rice

  3. Steam broccoli

  4. Mix cream cheese + soy sauce into chicken

  5. Combine everything in a bowl
