1 Mission high-protein wrap (or wholemeal wrap)
50g avocado
30g lettuce (iceberg or cos)
20g light mayo (Praise light)
DIRECTIONSToast bagel
Mash avocado onto wrap
Add chicken, lettuce, mayo
Roll tightly
Toast lightly in pan if desired
