INGREDIENTS

  • 100g cooked chicken breast (Coles/Woolworths)

  • 1 Mission high-protein wrap (or wholemeal wrap)

  • 50g avocado

  • 30g lettuce (iceberg or cos)

  • 20g light mayo (Praise light)

DIRECTIONSToast bagel

  1. Mash avocado onto wrap

  2. Add chicken, lettuce, mayo

  3. Roll tightly

  4. Toast lightly in pan if desired
