No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bites (120 cal per bite)
INGREDIENTS- Makes: 9 squares
(120 cals per bite ball if you make 4 balls)
60g rolled oats (Coles/Woolworths)
30g protein powder (Macro Mike or Optimum Nutrition)
20g peanut butter (Mayver’s)
30ml almond milk
10g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Add almond milk slowly until sticky
Roll into small balls
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes
