No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bites (120 cal per bite)

INGREDIENTS- Makes: 9 squares

(120 cals per bite ball if you make 4 balls)

  • 60g rolled oats (Coles/Woolworths)

  • 30g protein powder (Macro Mike or Optimum Nutrition)

  • 20g peanut butter (Mayver’s)

  • 30ml almond milk

  • 10g cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Add almond milk slowly until sticky

  3. Roll into small balls

  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes
