INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1
Chicken breast: 120g
Cooked quinoa: 90g
Broccoli: 150g
Olive oil: 5g
Lemon juice, garlic, herbs: negligible calories
DIRECTIONS
Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for 20 min.
Grill until cooked through.
Steam broccoli and toss with olive oil.
Serve with quinoa.
