INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Chicken breast: 120g

  • Cooked quinoa: 90g

  • Broccoli: 150g

  • Olive oil: 5g

  • Lemon juice, garlic, herbs: negligible calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for 20 min.

  2. Grill until cooked through.

  3. Steam broccoli and toss with olive oil.

  4. Serve with quinoa.
