Tofu & Spinach Stir-Fry (400 Cal) (V + VE)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Firm tofu: 150g

  • Spinach: 30g

  • Cooked brown rice: 90g

  • Sesame oil: 5g 

  • Garlic, ginger, soy sauce: negligible calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water. Cube and sauté in sesame oil until golden.

  2. Add garlic, ginger, and spinach; stir-fry 2-3 min.

  3. Serve over brown rice with soy sauce.
