Tofu & Spinach Stir-Fry (400 Cal) (V + VE)
INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1
Firm tofu: 150g
Spinach: 30g
Cooked brown rice: 90g
Sesame oil: 5g
Garlic, ginger, soy sauce: negligible calories
DIRECTIONS
Press tofu to remove excess water. Cube and sauté in sesame oil until golden.
Add garlic, ginger, and spinach; stir-fry 2-3 min.
Serve over brown rice with soy sauce.
