INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Ground turkey (lean): 120g

  • Bell pepper: 75g

  • Onion: 50g

  • Olive oil: 5g (1 tsp)

  • Large Lettuce leaves: 3 large

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté turkey, onion, and bell pepper in olive oil with spices.

  2. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.

  3. Optional: drizzle with a little lime juice or hot sauce.
