Salmon & Sweet Potato Bowl (400 Cal) (GF) (DF)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Salmon : 120g

  • Sweet potato: 100g

  • Zucchini noodles: 150g 

  • Olive oil: 5g

  • Lemon, dill, salt, pepper: negligible calories

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bake or pan-sear salmon with lemon and dill.

  2. Roast sweet potato cubes at 400°F for 20 min with a tiny spray of olive oil.

  3. Sauté zucchini noodles lightly and serve as a base.
