INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1
Salmon : 120g
Sweet potato: 100g
Zucchini noodles: 150g
Olive oil: 5g
Lemon, dill, salt, pepper: negligible calories
DIRECTIONS
Bake or pan-sear salmon with lemon and dill.
Roast sweet potato cubes at 400°F for 20 min with a tiny spray of olive oil.
Sauté zucchini noodles lightly and serve as a base.
