COLLAGEN MARS BAR SLICE (100 CALORIES)
INGREDIENTS
- 192g Mars bar slice 
- 130g easter egg chocolate 
- 60g nuttelex lite 
- 100g easter egg white chocolate 
- 50ml oat or almond milk 
- 2 scoops Welltech complete collagen protein (choc marshmallow) - purchase from Nutrition Capital (code: DVP10) 
- 250g freedom foods rice puffs 
DIRECTIONS
- Chop up mars bar slice & melt in a saucepan with nuttelex 
- In a large mixing bowl add the rice puffs & pour the melted mars bar mix into the bowl & mix well 
- Line a baking tray with baking paper & pour the mix in and pat down firmly. Set in the fridge for half an hour 
- Heat all your easter chocolate in a saucepan with 2 scoops of the protein powder & once the rice puff/mars mix is set in the fridge pour it straight over the top 
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove & cut into 32 slices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
