TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS (354 CALORIES)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 1)
- 40g quick oats 
- 10g chia seeds 
- 60ml skim milk 
- 1 expresso coffee shot (optional) 
- 20g queens sugar free maple syrup 
- 70g YoPro vanilla yoghurt 
- 15g Coles perform protein powder (or protein of choice) 
- 3g cocoa powder 
DIRECTIONS
- In a small container, mix together the oats, chai seeds, protein powder, ilk, maple syrup and coffee. 
- Let it set overnight in fridge (or for at least 2 hours). 
- Top with yoghurt and cocoa powder.
