CREAMY CHICKEN PASTA (625 Cals)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

  • Vetta protein pasta 60g dry

  • Chicken breast 150g raw

  • Baby spinach 75g

  • Ricotta cheese 50g

  • Parmesen Cheese 10g

  • Olive oil 5g

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the pasta in water and boil chicken till cooked and shred. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry the spinach for 3 mins until wilted.

  2. Add ricotta cheese until melted. Stir parmesan, then add shredded chicken, peas and some pasta water.

  3. Add the pasta and stir until combined. Add more pasta water to loosen the sauce, if needed. Sprinkle some parsley or basil to serve!
