Gluten-Free Beef Burger with Zucchini Chips (DF)(GF) (405 cals)
INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1
Burger
100g extra lean beef mince
1 gluten-free burger bun
20g lettuce
30g tomato slices
Salt & pepper
Zucchini Chips
180g zucchini, cut into chips
8g olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Zucchini chips
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Toss zucchini with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, turning once, until golden and tender.
Cook beef patty
Season beef with salt and pepper and shape into a patty.
Heat a pan over medium heat
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Assemble burger
Lightly toast the gluten-free bun if desired.
Add patty, lettuce and tomato.
Serve
Serve burger with zucchini chips on the side.
