Gluten-Free Beef Burger with Zucchini Chips (DF)(GF) (405 cals)

INGREDIENTS- SERVES 1

Burger

  • 100g extra lean beef mince

  • 1 gluten-free burger bun

  • 20g lettuce

  • 30g tomato slices

  • Salt & pepper

Zucchini Chips

  • 180g zucchini, cut into chips

  • 8g olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Zucchini chips

    • Preheat oven to 200°C.

    • Toss zucchini with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    • Bake for 18–22 minutes, turning once, until golden and tender.

  2. Cook beef patty

    • Season beef with salt and pepper and shape into a patty.

    • Heat a pan over medium heat

    • Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  3. Assemble burger

    • Lightly toast the gluten-free bun if desired.

    • Add patty, lettuce and tomato.

  4. Serve

    • Serve burger with zucchini chips on the side.
